PA-CKatherine Dougherty is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant. Born and raised in Houston Texas she now, proudly, calls Boerne home.
Driven by her desires to become a medical professional, Ms. Dougherty received her Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry at Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, TX and completed Physician Assistant Studies in West Virginia, graduating magna cum laude. Following graduation she worked as biochemical genetic research associate at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX and began a strong academic career as a clinical instructor. Following her desire to change her role from academic instructor to clinical provider, Ms. Dougherty chose to empower people in the community to achieve wellness through preventative medicine and alternative therapies.
Ms. Dougherty resides in Boerne Texas with her 2 children and their full-bred boxer, Apollo. She loves to be active and enjoys the outdoors and water sports. When asked what her most notable accomplishments are she replied “I care deeply for my children, my pets and my patients. I am blessed spiritually and physically. Who could ask for more?”
MPA, PA-CSherry is a Board Certified Physician Assistant, and enjoys caring for patients of all ages with a special interest in physical medicine, neuropathic disorders, hormone replacement therapy, and guiding patients to an overall lifestyle of health and wellness. Prior to joining Dr. Carpenter’s team, Sherry worked in Cardiology, and at Audie L. Murphy Memorial VA Hospital, where she worked in Spinal Cord Injury and Vascular Surgery.
Sherry is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
DCDr. Kerri grew up right here in Comfort, TX. As a junior in high school she began chiropractic treatments for a volleyball injury. These treatments not only helped her get back in the game but also helped mold her career choice. She graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in August of 1998. Parker is where she met her husband of 17 years, Dr. Chad Carpenter. He practices primarily in Boerne, TX. They have 3 wonderful boys. Rhett is 12 and loves spending time with family and friends. Chance is 8 and enjoys helping mom cook! Gunner is 3 and enjoys four wheeling along with anything outdoors.
Dr. Kerri’s goal for Hill Country Physical Medicine is to HELP AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE! She says, “God did not put us here to be unproductive people! If I can help people feel better and function better then they can be more productive too! Chiropractic lets me use my God given talents and abilities to help and serve others!”
Dr. Lance D Moore
DCDr. Lance graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in August 2001. Dr. Lance and his family moved to the Comfort area in April of 2006 after practicing in Snyder TX. He is married to Tracy Moore, his bride of 22 years and they have three daughters. MaKayla 19, Madison 15, and Mylee 9. Tracy is a radiology supervisor and loves photography. MaKayla graduated from Comfort High School in 2014 and is now a licensed esthetician, Madison will be a freshman at Comfort High School this year as well as the JV cheerleading captain, while Mylee is dedicated to gymnastics and loves to be outside.
Dr. Lance’s desire to become a chiropractor began while he was a gymnast in high school after hurting his back and using a chiropractor to get back to competing. What Dr. Lance enjoys most is his family and also helping the people of the Texas Hill Country get back to doing what they love!
